Tracy Franchell
Tracy Franchell joined the Observer-Dispatch in 1995. She has an Associate's degree in Advertising, Design and Production from Mohawk Valley Community College; a Bachelor's degree in graphic design from SUNY and a Master's degree in photography from the Academy of Art University. She currently works as a page designer in the custom publishing department of the newsroom.
