Delaney: Three No. 1s?
Three No. 1 seeds from the Big East? I'm not sure that is necessary, but who do you cut?
Pitt or UConn. Louisville snuck by me - not a hard thing to do - as regular season champion. With the tournament title, the Cardinals deserve a top seed. Pitt and UConn were talk of the conference all year, but without a title something has to give.
Memphis should be a 1. Duke isn't a 2. Syracuse isn't a 3 and Xavier isn't a 4. Penn State and Niagara should be in.

This post is a joke. If you were in school this would get a failing grade.
Why isn't Duke a 2? You think they should have been a 1? a 3?
Why isn't Cuse a 3? They should have been lower? They are ranked #13 and #15 in the polls, #12 by RPI. This sounds real close to a 3 seed to me, especially after their 6OT classic.
The Big East got 3 #1 seeds because they played the best competition, both in conference and out of conference, all year. Memphis played a cupcake conference schedule (they haven't lost in 3 years), and lost to Cuse and Georgetown.
How does stuff like this even get posted? Do you even watch basketball?
