There needs to be an impartial representative to watch the performance / actions of these teams and the referees which we pay good money to. In several of these teams cases there have been incidents of dishonest play that has led to a great record. Lets clean up this sport!

Bill's point is well taken, especially with the referee's. The TVL this year has seen atrocious officiating allowing many games to get out of hand, or giving one team a significant advantage in a game. The Utica Soccer Board needs to clean up it's act and get fit and qualified officials on the field.
